Well this is how I used to connect my RP-10 to my computer's Creative AWE32 soundcard. I imagine most computer soundcards that support MIDI are similar enough for you to figure out what needed in your case.
Note that the MIDI IN plug connects to the RP-10 MIDI OUT port and the MIDI OUT plug connects to the RP-10 MIDI IN port.
